Struggle Is Your Success (SIYS) is an innovative, Black-led, human-centered nonprofit supporting youth ages 14–25 from diverse communities, including BIPOC and newcomer backgrounds, through entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial mindset development programs, mentorship, and innovation and financial literacy. We empower young people, both those facing systemic barriers and youth in the community, to build confidence, unlock opportunity, reduce youth recidivism, and develop the next generation of inclusive leaders.

We equip youth ages 14–25 with entrepreneurial mindsets, confidence, and leadership through mentorship and community connection. SIYS is an innovative, Black-led organization. We champion inclusion and opportunity for every young person to rise.
We acknowledge the traditional territories of the Treaty 7 Nations—the Siksika, Piikani, Kainai, Tsuut’ina, and the Îyârhe Nakoda (Bearspaw, Chiniki, and Goodstoney). We also recognize the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3.
